Winnd offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to help keep your account secure. We strongly recommend enabling this feature for added protection.

• Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number or email address is not permitted.
• Contact our support team for any changes to your account information.
• Winnd may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Winnd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed individually on the platform.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 business hours. However, pending KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may delay withdrawals. The KYC process involves verifying your identity and address.

Winnd does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile number used during account registration.
